Our 12,000 SQFT Berkeley project features a premium Level 5 finish throughout the property, designed to achieve a sleek and smooth appearance. The design includes drywall returns at all windows, contributing to a clean, minimalist aesthetic. Additionally, we installed Fry Reglet at the intersections of the drywall and baseboard, resulting in sharp, modern lines that enhance the overall look. Furthermore, we used L-metal trim on all kerfed doors, creating a refined, trim-less reveal that emphasizes both clean design and functionality.
